Took my Nikon FM3a & Voigtländer VF 101 to INmusic Zagreb. Used 50mm & 28mm lenses, SB-30 flash, and various films. Stopped in Maribor & Ptuj Castle en route.
Shooting B&W with the Nikon FM3a
My go-to B&W setup: Nikon FM3a, 50mm f/1.4, SB-30, Ilford Delta 3200 at 1600. I prefer diagonal split screens. Photos from a Vienna event with wine & cheese.
Comparing camera weights & ergonomics
I tested my Olympus OM-2N with a flash at a dinner, but struggled with focus and weight. Comparing ergonomics across cameras, I concluded that small SLRs under 700g without grips are fine, but heavier models need better grips to be comfortable.
